Sometimes, things just go wrong. At QRD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The sooner you get in touch with us about any issues, the better, as we work with a third-party printing company to produce your custom products. Our return policy covers cases like manufacturing defects or damaged items, and we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly. Note that returns for incorrect sizes or color choices cannot be accommodated.
