At QRD, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-printed products that you’ll love. Because our items are made-to-order, we want to ensure you’re aware of our return and refund guidelines:

Returns and Exchanges

As each product is custom-made just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right. You can request a free reprint or refund by contacting us within 30 days of product delivery. To ensure a quick resolution, please provide the following:

 

    • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
    • If multiple items are affected, an additional photo or video showing all affected products in one frame.

Additional Details

 

    • Minor Variations: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of up to 0.5″ is normal and not considered a defect.

    • Unsuccessful Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or similar issues, you can request a reprint (with an additional charge) or a partial refund.
